Chaat & Chai

Chaat comes loaded with chatkara – crisp
spinach patta, gol gappe with spicy pani,
tamarind hits, yogurt coolness, chutneys doing
the bright-sweet-spicy dance.
It’s the pure sauce-and-soul of Indian street
food, right on the table.
Chai shifts the mood toward evening: warm
spice, slow steam, the kind of comfort that fits
right into Patong’s glow as the night starts
picking up.

Curry & Naan

Our curries are full-on masaledaar – deep
spice blends, slow-cooked richness, aromas
that make you look up when a bowl passes by.
From black daal to butter chicken to rogan
josh, each has its own personality without
trying to outshine the others.
Naan arrives warm with a little char, ready to
break, dip, swipe, and hold every layer of
flavour.

Tandoor & Tawa

Tandoor brings that dhuaandaar magic – malai
chicken, red tikka, peri peri paneer, prawns,
mushrooms, gobhi – all carrying soft smoke,
open spice, fire-kissed edges.
Tawa brings the street-side warmth: rolls
wrapped in roomali, bhajias, chilli paneer,
chilli chicken, pav bhaji, vada pao… flavours
that feel cosy, lively, and perfect for settling into
the evening.
Together, it’s the warmth and energy of
India’s grills and tawa counters, reimagined
for Patong nights.

Roomali Roti

Roomali roti stays thin, soft, and foldable –
the classic base for our paneer rolls and chicken
rolls, and the quiet hero for scooping up
masaledaar curries.
Light in the hand, warm on the touch, made
for wrapping and rolling. It’s the soft touch
that balances all the teekha, dhuaandaar,
chatkara flavours on the table.
